What types of disposable food packaging do you offer?
- Paper Cups – 4oz to 24oz, single-wall or double-wall, with or without lids
- Paper Bowls – 6oz to 40oz, round, square, or rectangular, with or without lids
- Takeaway Containers – clamshells and boxes, with or without clear windows
- Bakery Packaging – baguette boxes, paper Wedge
- Cutlery – forks, knives, spoons made from wood or compostable materials
Can I print my logo or custom design on the packaging?
Yes, we offer full customization services. You can add your logo, brand colors, and product information. For paper products, we print up to 6 colors. Custom logo printing is also available on plastic lids. Send us your artwork – we’ll provide a proof within a short time.
Are your products eco-friendly or biodegradable?
Yes. Lvdays products hold internationally recognized compostable certifications including BPI, DIN, and ABA. We offer different eco-levels to match your needs:
- Standard option: PE-coated paper – recyclable where facilities exist
- Premium option: PLA-coated paper – biodegradable and compostable, meeting ASTM D6400 (US), EN13432 (EU), and AS4736 (Australia) standards
Are your products food-safe and resistant to oil or water?
Absolutely. All Lvdays products are designed for direct food contact and pass strict safety standards:
- Made from food-grade paper, bamboo fiber, or sugarcane pulp
- Coated with PE (for oil/water resistance) or PLA (biodegradable alternative)
- Compliant with FDA (US), CE (EU), and SGS standards
Can I get custom sizes or shapes?
Yes – we support OEM for both size and shape. For example, we can produce square containers, rectangular lunch boxes that are beyond our standard catalog. Contact us with your specifications for a feasibility check and quote.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For custom-printed products, our standard MOQ is 100,000 pieces. However, we also accept smaller trial orders – just contact us with your target quantity, and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is your typical lead time?
For custom-printed orders, lead time is typically 30–40 days. For stock orders, lead time is much shorter.
What shipping options do you offer?
For sample orders, we ship via express couriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx with freight collected.
What certifications do you have?
- Factory certifications: BRC, SEDEX, ISO, FSC (for paper sourcing)
- Product certifications: ABA, DIN, BPI for compostable products
Can PLA-lined cups go into home compost?
No – PLA-lined cups require industrial composting facilities to break down properly. If you need home-compostable options, we recommend our water-based coating products.
Are your inks soy-based and non-toxic?
Yes – all printing on Lvdays packaging uses FDA-compliant, water-based inks. They are non-toxic, safe for direct or indirect food contact, and contain no heavy metals or harmful solvents. Soy-based options are also available upon request.
What is the shelf life of your paper cups and packaging?
Standard PE-lined cups: 24 months under proper storage
PLA-lined cups: 18 months
Can I visit your factory for an audit or inspection?
Yes – you are very welcome to visit our factory. We can arrange:
- Virtual live tours via Zoom, WeChat, or WhatsApp
- SMETA / SEDEX audits – we conduct these annually
- Local transport for qualified buyers
What types of paper materials do you provide?
- Bamboo paper – sustainable, fast-growing resource, natural texture
- Kraft paper – natural, rustic appearance, clearly eco-friendly
- White paper – clean, premium look, ideal for branding
To simplify your sourcing, we keep the same price across all three materials.
Do you provide free samples?
Of Course!
- Standard (stock) items: Free samples available – you only pay the shipping cost
- Custom-designed items: A small sample fee applies, which is fully refundable on your first bulk order
